At 209 Downtown, we take your treatment seriously. In order to preserve a positive working relationship, we request that all appointments be reserved with a credit card or 209 Downtown gift card.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24-hours notice will result in a 50% charge; no notice will result in a full charge being processed. We kindly request 48-hours notice for the cancellation of spa packages and group reservations.
